As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator at Orchard, I partnered with engineering leadership to develop the Orchard Engineering Candidate Hub—a centralized resource designed to streamline interview preparation and improve candidate success rates. By creating a structured, accessible hub, we empowered candidates with the tools and knowledge needed to approach technical interviews with confidence.
